No, Windows 10 is not allowing me to extend my desktop to a 3rd display.
I understand how to set up 3 monitors, and it was working fine in Windows 7. Windows ten shows all 3 monitors, just only allows me to apply two at a fourth dimension. From my reading through these forums and other searches, information technology looks like many people are having this same outcome.
I am using 2 DVI monitors and 1 HDMI; not a DisplayPort. It looks like people tin go iii or monitors working with a DisplayPort, only I haven't seen whatsoever solutions to getting 3 standard monitors functioning in Windows 10. Are in that location whatsoever other suggestions or fixes from Microsoft for this?

No luck. When selecting the grayed-out monitor, Multiple Displays defaults to "Disconnect this display". When I try to change information technology to "Extend desktop to this display" or "Duplicate Desktop" and hit Apply, I still become the same error message "The display settings could not be saved. Please try a dissimilar combination of display settings".
Again, I tin get any ii of my iii monitors working, but Windows 10 is not assuasive me to enable all 3 monitors. Please permit me know what else I can try, and if anyone has gotten three monitors working with Windows 10 and an Asus R7 graphics card.
Thank y'all,
Chad

Chadcdc, I had 3 monitors working with Windows 10 (64) and a XFX ATI Radeon R9 200 video card for months without any problems. I have the same connections as your bill of fare. I take 2 DVIs and ane HDMI. I had widows practice an upgrade to the Os and afterward I just had one monitor working. So I foolishly installed the Radeon Crimson 16.8.1 video card drivers and now I am stuck with simply 2 monitors. Inside Windows when I "Customize your display" and click on "Detect", It finds another monitor and when I endeavor to Extend my desktop to this monitor it says that "The display settings could not be saved. Please try a unlike combination of display settings. I take been using multiple displays since Windows 7 64 Ultimate Edition on this computer. It is an old i7 920 Asus P6T Deluxe with 12 gigs and Raid i. That was working well prior to these Windows updates:
KB3115471
KB3176495
KB890830
Any assist would be appreciated! I demand for all 3 of my monitors to work! Thanks Microsoft!!!
